David Chadwick and Jane Dodds at Ystradgynlais Hospital

Save Our Hospitals

Powys Teaching Health Board is considering plans that could remove inpatient beds from all but two community hospitals in Powys, leaving only Brecon and Newtown with inpatient wards. We believe these would be hospital closures in all but name, forcing patients to travel even further for care. Sign our petition and help us send a clear message: these plans must be stopped.

Under the proposals the following hospitals could be downgraded or cut: Ystradgynlais, Builth Wells, Knighton, Bronllys, Welshpool, Llanidloes, Machynlleth and Llandrindod Wells.

Save our Hospitals

Powys health bosses are planning devastating cuts to in-patient beds across Powys community hospitals, which could lead to their closure. Sign below to back the Lib Dem campaign to save our hospitals.

I oppose all plans by Powys Teaching Health Board to remove in-patient beds at community hospitals in Powys.
